The IUS Football League kicks off the new season in a few weeks time. Who will emerge from the pack? Who will be condemned to a season fighting for survival? Who will be champions? It will all unfold once the new campaign commences on Friday 1^st October. This closely contested competition is held every Friday night across the country, where young Muslims from all ethnicities and backgrounds come together to show off their skills on the football pitch.
The Five a side league consists of 17 weeks of action where 10 teams have the chance to achieve the ultimate prize: The title of IUS Champions. IUS football aims to encourage brothers of all faiths in the community to get to know each other in an environment where good manners and conduct are practiced by the players on and off the pitch.
All, however, amidst the desire the climb as high in the league as possible, using nothing but a t-shirt and shorts, a pair of trainers and football, all for the ultimate prize: A place in IUS Footballing History.
